Multifamily is repetitive scope at scale. The contractors that deliver well are the ones who lock in unit-level standards early — finish packages, MEP routing, kitchen and bath layouts — then sequence the trades to repeat that work consistently across every unit. Mille runs preconstruction with that mindset, building unit prototypes and walking them with the owner before scaling.

We carry contingency appropriate to the project type (higher on adaptive reuse, where concealed conditions surface during demo). We provide owner reporting and draw management on construction-loan-financed projects. We work with the architects, MEP engineers, and structural engineers your design team requires.
