Tenant Improvement Contractor in Miami

Retail, office, restaurant, and medical build-outs delivered with MEP-intensive interior expertise and fast-track permitting discipline.

Commercial tenant improvements are where Mille's principal built his career. Before founding Mille Construction, Ryan Santelises spent more than a decade running MEP-intensive interior build-outs on landmark South Florida projects. Today Mille brings that discipline to retail TI, office buildouts, restaurant and hospitality construction, medical office fit-outs, and multi-location commercial rollouts across Miami-Dade.

TI services we deliver

Why MEP-intensive interior work needs a specialist

Most commercial TI scope is concealed inside ceilings and walls — mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and low-voltage. The contractors who deliver these projects on time know how to sequence the rough work, coordinate the trades, manage submittals and shop drawings, and pull inspections in the right order.

Mille has the team and the experience to run MEP-heavy interior construction without the missed coordination that creates re-work. We work with structural engineers when interior modifications require beam relocation or load-path changes, and we manage the fast-track permitting required for time-sensitive openings.

Markets we serve

Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, Doral, Aventura, Bal Harbour, Miami Beach, and the broader Miami-Dade commercial market. Tenant build-outs in Class A office towers, mid-rise commercial, and retail centers.
