Throughout his career, Ryan has worked with some of Florida’s largest and most reputable real estate developers, contributing to major residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects across the region. His career includes work on major undertakings such as the Angra Nuclear Power Plant (Units 1, 2, and 3), the Carajás Railway, and large-scale thermoelectric and hydroelectric power plants across Brazil. He has also led feasibility studies for major steel slab plants, including projects for CSA – Companhia Siderúrgica do Atlântico. Luciano’s extensive technical expertise and leadership continue to guide complex engineering challenges with precision and excellence.
