With a blend of engineering training, field experience, and technical project expertise, Ryan ensures that every project is delivered with the highest level of quality, safety, and operational efficiency.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (B.S.C.E.) from UMass Lowell and a Master of Science in Construction Management (M.S.C.M.) from Wentworth Institute of Technology — two of the strongest engineering and construction programs in the Northeast. His academic background provides deep expertise in structural systems, project delivery, construction law, building codes, scheduling, and cost management.

With more than 45 years of experience as a Structural Civil Engineer, Luciano Junger has contributed to some of Brazil’s and the world’s most significant infrastructure and energy projects. His career includes work on major undertakings such as the Angra Nuclear Power Plant (Units 1, 2, and 3), the Carajás Railway, and large-scale thermoelectric and hydroelectric power plants across Brazil. He has also led feasibility studies for major steel slab plants, including projects for CSA – Companhia Siderúrgica do Atlântico. Luciano’s extensive technical expertise and leadership continue to guide complex engineering challenges with precision and excellence.
